Any attacks are to be fully roleplayed events and should not fall under deathmatching behavior.

Killed Members, Participation, and Cooldowns
Killed members may not participate under any circumstances, this to includes kills made by LEO factions, imprisonment for 5 or more hours, and ajails in relation to the conflicts. The cooldown for any attack is 6 hours. This applies to the attacking faction.

Allies Restriction
You are allowed to use an ally during attacks under strict circumstances. You need to have circumstantial evidence that your faction and the other faction is allied, it has to be a worth-while alliance, it must be longer than two weeks. You may only use 1 allied faction per attack. The attack must not exceed 4 players in total and your faction needs to be 50% of the attacking party (2:2). If the rule is broken the faction directly involved in the war will be punished.

Faction must be active in the area it wishes to claim
The member count must justify the size of the claim
Faction/member must own 2 properties within the area they wishes to claim (if no scripted property is available, this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Regulations
Claimed turf must continue to be actively used
New faction may not be established in a claimed turf, except

Entering another faction's turf for the sole reason of provocation is not allowed, and is a punishable offense

Turf Expansion or Changes
If a faction wishes to expand or changes their turf, they must complete the application again. You will need to thoroughly explain the reason for the new turf, what in-character development lead to this expansion, and what goals/uses they will have for this new turf/expansion.

Character Kill (CK) Regulations

Agreements
Agreements for CK must be made via D-RP forum PMs or within your forum section (only if official) and available to be forwarded to the faction management in case of disputes. Agreement must shows the terms of CK and the person's response stating specifically that the person agrees to the term as written. Any other type of agreement will not be considered to be valid and will not enforced. Note: Any attempt to forge/fabricate CK claims/agreement will result in a severe repercussions.

IC/OOC Reasons
CKs may only be done for IC reasons. OOC based CKs are forbidden.

Length of Agreement
CK agreements only valid while the faction is active & exists. All CK rights over any characters are expired upon the closure/termination of a faction. In the case of the character moving past/departing a faction that holds CK permission on them, they may request leadership to formally relinquish the CK permission on them. If both parties cannot come to agreement, Faction Management may be contacted to intervene.

If you agree to these terms and regulations, make a faction or join a faction today!
